Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and lead generation, while managing teams and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead content planning, campaigns, and monthly content calendars
  • Guide and coordinate with social media executives, designers, and video editors
  • Review creatives, captions, reels, and ensure brand consistency
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics, insights, and ROI; prepare detailed reports
  • Analyze trends, competitors, and platform updates to refine strategies
  • Handle community management and brand reputation online
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for integrated campaign

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Prior experience in managing social media teams or brand accounts preferred
  • Experience handling performance-driven and paid campaigns is an advantage

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, planning, and execution
  • In-depth knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and reporting
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation abilities
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in social media tools, schedulers, and ad managers
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
