Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to capture attention and foster community interaction
• Manage daily social media activities, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond promptly to comments and messages to nurture relationships
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize findings to optimize campaigns and content strategies
• Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms utilizing Facebook Advertising tools to boost reach and conversions
• Analyze web analytics data from Google Analytics and other sources to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for measuring campaign effectiveness
• Knowledge of social listening techniques and tools for audience insights and reputation management
• Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice; excellent proofreading skills are essential
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other platforms; understanding of branding principles within digital marketing strategies is highly desirable
