Social Media Marketing Specialist – Mess/Tiffin Service

We are a growing mess & tiffin service dedicated to providing homely, affordable, and hygienic meals to students, professionals, and families. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to promote our service, attract new clients, and grow our online presence.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) highlighting our meals, menu, hygiene, and customer stories.

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Run paid advertising campaigns to increase inquiries, subscriptions, and orders.

Design and execute promotions to attract students, PG residents, and working professionals.

Track performance metrics (leads, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies.

Respond to comments, messages, and build customer engagement online.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in F&B, delivery, or local businesses).

Strong skills in content creation (food photography, short videos, Canva/Photoshop).

Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar).

Ability to understand local audience needs and create targeted campaigns.

Good communication and creative storytelling skills.
