  • Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Communities! Track comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Engage Users! Respond professionally to inquiries and build relationships.
  • Ensure Compliance! Enforce community guidelines and remove harmful content.
  • Support Customers! Act as first‑line support and escalate issues when needed.
  • Report Insights! Prepare activity and sentiment reports for marketing teams.
  • Coordinate Content! Share feedback with content teams and support campaign launches.
  • Improve Processes! Suggest enhancements to moderation guidelines and workflows.
