Website, Social Media Moderator & CRM Administrator (B2B / Industrial)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a full-time remote experienced Website, Social Media Moderator & CRM Administrator to support our B2B industrial operations.

The role focuses on Zoho CRM data management, customer experience optimization, website updates, and professional B2B digital communication.

Experience in GCC B2B industrial sectors is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Zoho CRM

  • Maintain a credible, professional industrial brand image online
  • Design and improve the end-to-end B2B customer journey
  • Manage and maintain CRM system and customer database accuracy
  • Segment customers and support targeted campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Analyse customer data, feedback, and behaviour
  • Monitor and report KPIs: CSAT, NPS, Retention Rate, CLV
  • Support customer journey optimization and process improvement
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Train and support team members on CRM best practices
  • Stay updated on B2B digital communication and moderation best practices

Website Administration:

  • Maintain accurate product, service, pricing, and company information
  • Add and manage companies, suppliers, distributors, and partners
  • Perform regular website audits for accuracy and functionality

Social Media & Digital Moderation (B2B/B2C):

  • Monitor and moderate social media pages and website content
  • Respond timely & professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Track engagement, inquiries, and online feedback
  • Support content scheduling and publishing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in:
  • Customer Experience & Database Management
  • Zoho CRM Administration
  • Digital Operations & Automation Tools
  • Experience with website management
  • Social Media Moderation
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
  • B2B / Industrial experience is a strong plus
  • (manufacturing, engineering, generators, panels, logistics, industrial services)
  • Experience working with GCC or MENA markets is preferred
