Job Summary:

We are hiring a remote experienced Social Media Moderator & Zoho CRM Administrator to support our B2B/B2C industrial operations.

The role focuses on Zoho CRM data management, customer experience optimization, website updates, and professional B2B/B2C digital communication.

Experience in GCC B2B or industrial sectors and Zoho CRM is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Zoho CRM

  • · Maintain a credible, professional industrial brand image online
  • · Design and improve the end-to-end B2B customer journey
  • · Manage and maintain CRM system and customer database accuracy
  • · Segment customers and support targeted campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • · Analyze customer data, feedback, and behavior
  • · Monitor and report KPIs: CSAT, NPS, Retention Rate, CLV
  • · Support customer journey optimization and process improvement
  • · Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • · Train and support team members on CRM best practices
  • · Stay updated on B2B digital communication and moderation best practices

Website Administration:

  • · Maintain accurate product, service, pricing, and company information
  • · Add and manage companies, suppliers, distributors, and partners
  • · Perform regular website audits for accuracy and functionality

Social Media & Digital Moderation (B2B/B2C):

  • · Monitor and moderate social media pages and website content
  • · Respond timely & professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • · Track engagement, inquiries, and online feedback
  • · Support content scheduling and publishing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • · 1+ years of experience in:
  • · Customer Experience & Database Management
  • · Zoho CRM Administration
  • · Digital Operations & Automation Tools
  • · Experience with website management
  • · Social Media Moderation
  • · Data Analysis & Reporting
  • · Cross-functional Coordination
  • · High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • · Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
