Social Media & Office Assistant (Part-Time)

As we prepare to launch and grow our brand, we’re looking for someone creative and motivated to help build our online presence and support day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Office Assistant to help develop our brand image, create engaging content, and assist with light office tasks. This role is perfect for someone who understands sports culture, streetwear trends, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of apparel (lifestyle and product shots)
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Edit videos and graphics using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Post consistently and engage with followers
• Help grow brand awareness within the sports community
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that connect with sports fans

Office & Administrative Support

• Translate phone calls or written messages
• Run occasional errands (post office, supply pickups, etc.)
• Assist with light administrative tasks
• Support daily business operations as needed

Qualifications

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Passion for sports and sports culture
• Must be Bilingual
