✅ Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from social media groups, pages and online communities using live chat or calls and convert leads into customers.
• Handling real-time customer interactions. Providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure all chats meet quality and response time standards.

✅ Requirements

• Gender: Females Only
• Education: Inter to Masters
• Experience: 2+ year lead generation and customer acquisition using social media live chat (text, voice or video). Must have command on using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snap Chat, Live Chat, social media interaction, customer support.
• Communication skills: Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
• Must have fast internet connection, able to use zoom and other online software for monitoring and reporting.
