Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in fashion/clothing brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and driving sales through high-converting funnels and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (Strategy-Focused)
- Develop and execute content strategies for clothing brands
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Define creative direction for:
- New collections
- Seasonal campaigns (Eid, Festive, Summer, Winter)
- Promotional campaigns
- Brand storytelling
- Provide clear creative briefs to designers and video editors
- Suggest engaging content ideas including reels and carousel posts
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms
2. Meta & TikTok Ads Management (Core Responsibility)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Develop conversion-focused ad strategies
- Execute campaigns for:
- Sales
- Website conversions
- Catalog sales
- Lead generation (if required)
3. Funnel Creation & Conversion Optimization
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies:
- TOF (Top of Funnel – Awareness)
- MOF (Middle of Funnel – Consideration)
- BOF (Bottom of Funnel – Conversions)
- Set up retargeting and custom audiences
- Create and test lookalike audiences
- Optimize campaigns for purchases and maximize ROAS
- Continuously improve conversion rates through A/B testing
4. Scaling & Performance Optimization
- Identify and scale winning creatives and campaigns
- Apply scaling strategies such as:
- Budget scaling
- Horizontal scaling
- Audience expansion
- Reduce CPA and improve overall ROAS
- Test multiple creatives, hooks, and ad angles
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance
- Track and analyze key KPIs:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- CPM (Cost Per Mille)
- Conversion Rate
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with clothing/fashion brands
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong background in running sales-driven campaigns
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels and customer journey
- Hands-on experience in campaign scaling and optimization
- Expertise in creative testing and performance analysis
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Understanding of fashion trends and audience behavior
- Basic knowledge of creatives (design/video direction)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
