Social Media & Photography/Videography Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to manage our social media presence while also producing high-quality photo and video content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with major social media platforms, photography, videography, and editing tools. This role requires both strategic planning and creative execution to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos and videos for campaigns, events, and day-to-day content.

Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve performance.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community.

Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing promotions and initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, photography, and videography.

Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and best practices.

Creativity with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of paid ads and influencer collaborations is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, or similar).

Experience in short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok).

Familiarity with content marketing strategies.

Photography and videography portfolio showcasing prior work.
