Job Purpose

  • We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media and Public Relations Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic communication campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage affluent audiences, and reinforce our Red Sea Global’s position as a premier developer of luxury residential properties in The Kingdom.


Job Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to position the brand as a leader in luxury living.
  • Curate, create, and oversee premium content—photos, videos, reels, stories—that reflect the aspirational lifestyle aligned with our developments.
  • Manage a content calendar in coordination with marketing, sales, and events teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on engagement and conversion KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and influencer opportunities relevant to the Saudi and GCC luxury market.


Public Relations & Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier local, regional, and international media outlets, luxury lifestyle publications, and real estate journalists.
  • Write and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, and executive speeches to promote project launches, milestones, and leadership profiles.
  • Secure high-impact media coverage for key events, product unveilings, and brand partnerships.
  • Coordinate press interviews, site visits, and media events in collaboration with PR agencies and partners.


Community Management

  • Actively monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally using RSG TOV to foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to build strong relationships and encourage interaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues through social media, coordinating with customer service as needed.


Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize social media efforts.


Crisis Management

  • Monitor all incoming brand mentions and raise the issue when something concerning comes to the related parties.
  • Monitor employee social media activity to ensure no leaks are coming from the inside, and ensure said leaks are managed.


Job Requirements:


Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in social media and/or public relations, ideally within luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and GCC media and digital ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury brand positioning
  • Experience managing agencies, content creators, and PR consultants
  • Proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
