Social Media Project Manager (In-House) — Clinical Research

Overview
We work with a few external vendors. We need an in-house lead to run our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, keep a monthly calendar, review vendor files, and keep deliverables on time and IRB-ready.

Job Summary

Own social/digital recruitment end-to-end: plan, produce, route for approvals, launch, track, and report—while staying organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Run our channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn): plan, post, schedule, and moderate within compliance guardrails.
  • Attend sponsor/vendor meetings; capture study-specific ad criteria (eligibility language, risk/fair-balance, required disclaimers) and translate into creative briefs and checklists.
  • Maintain a monthly content & campaign calendar (sponsor/IRB review dates, launches, renewals, budgets).
  • Review vendor files (ads, videos, landing pages, copy) for accuracy, brand voice, and protocol/ICF alignment; consolidate feedback.
  • Prepare and route materials for sponsor/IRB submission; track versions/approvals.
  • Create/coordinate content (short videos, reels, posts, landing pages).
  • Set up and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager/Google) with UTMs and pixels; QA before launch.
  • Implement keyword blocks and response rules to reduce two-way communication risks.
  • Monitor performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports (CTR, CPL, qualified leads, pre-screen starts) with clear optimizations.
  • Keep an organized asset library and SOPs; basic SEO/accessibility for landing pages.
  • Proofread all materials for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in social/digital marketing; project management experience required.
  • Strong organizer: timelines, task boards, and on-time delivery.
  • Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, Canva/Adobe; basic video editing.
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare/clinical preferred); understands sponsor/IRB cycles and privacy.

Nice to Have

  • Clinical research recruitment experience.
  • Light HTML and landing-page builders (Squarespace/Webflow/WordPress).

Success Looks Like

  • On-time monthly calendar; no missed submission/launch dates.
  • Clean approval trails and version control.
  • Improved qualified leads and cost per lead.

How to apply: Send a short note with 2–3 campaign examples and a one-page resume/portfolio.
