Social Media Senior Specialist /Officer

San3a Tech is looking for a Social Media Senior Specialist to own social media execution end to end across San3a Academy and Fab Lab Egypt. You are the person who makes sure our content ships on time, on brand, and every day, across all platforms. You run our content calendars, coordinate the people who produce and place content, manage our community engagement, and keep both brands consistently present online. You work under the creative and art direction of our Creative & Community Lead, and you partner closely with our performance and revenue function.

Key Responsibilities

Channel operations

• Own the social media content calendar for both brands, from planning through scheduling and publishing.
  
• Maintain posting cadence, platform consistency, and brand presence across all active channels.
  
• Adapt and publish content in the right format for each platform and audience.

• Coordinate day to day with the graphic designer, freelancers, and the performance function to produce content on time and on brief.
  
• Write platform native copy in Arabic and English, adapted to each brand's tone, within the creative direction set by the Creative & Community Lead.
  
• Prepare and adapt creative assets to support paid campaigns, in coordination with the performance function.
  

• Manage daily community engagement: respond to comments and messages, escalate issues, and maintain a healthy comment environment.
  
• Surface community signals and audience feedback back to the team.
  

• Track organic social performance and report on reach, engagement, and cadence.
  
• Feed performance insights back into content planning to improve results over time.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2 or more years managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
  
• Fluent Arabic and English writing, with a strong feel for Egyptian audience tone.
  
• Hands on experience with content scheduling tools and native platform publishing.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to hold a multi brand calendar together.
  
• Solid grasp of organic social metrics and how to read and act on them.
  
• Eye for visual quality and the ability to brief and review creative work against a set direction.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in education, STEAM, maker, or community driven sectors.
  
• Familiarity with paid social workflows and asset preparation for ad campaigns.
  
• Basic design or video editing ability for quick in house content.
