Social Media & Shopify Website Manager

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Shopify Website Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative. You will be responsible for managing our Shopify store operations (excluding website development/customization) and handling our social media presence across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management

• Manage daily operations of our Shopify store.
• Handle product listings, updates, and inventory management.
• Monitor and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth fulfillment and customer support.
• Analyze sales and performance reports to improve efficiency.

Social Media Management

• Generate fresh content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn (or relevant platforms).
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team (if applicable) to produce visuals and videos.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build brand presence.
• Track insights and optimize posting strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Shopify store management (not development).
• Strong understanding of order management, product updates, and e-commerce workflows.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Ability to generate engaging content ideas aligned with brand voice.
• Basic graphic design or Canva skills (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google).
• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with basic analytics/reporting.
