Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram specifically for Nutraceutical, Skin Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG Brands, within the national market.
• Conduct audience research and optimize targeting for better engagement.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and test ad creatives.
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversions.
• Stay updated with Facebook and Instagram advertising trends.
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Facebook and Instagram ads, specifically for Nutraceutical, Skin Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG Brands, within the national market.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
• Creative skills for ad design and copywriting.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Facebook Advertising.
• Knowledge of A/B testing for creatives and audiences.
