LinkedIn Content & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven LinkedIn Content & Marketing Specialist to build and grow the personal brand of our founder and generate high-quality leads through strategic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with brand goals
• Write and schedule engaging posts with strong hooks, stories, and CTAs
• Knowledge of linkedin sales navigator.
• Build and optimize the brand profile.
• Track and analyse LinkedIn performance metrics, to improve the content.
• Actively engage with the target audience via comments and DMs to build relationships
• Support inbound lead generation and respond to initial inquiries

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in content writing, personal branding, or social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (English).
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and LinkedIn algorithm best practices.
• Ability to guide Graphic Design Team about creating the relevant visuals.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Proactive mindset and creativity in content ideation.

NOTE: Our content will be related to Entrepreneurship, Startups, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
