Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence. The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in building brand awareness and fostering relationships with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Conduct web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships through effective communication.
  • Proofread all content to ensure high-quality standards before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and branding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Experience in content creation across various formats including photography and video editing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and techniques for measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
