Job Description

Abu Al Naga Group is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to manage the company’s online presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions
• Monitor performance through analytics tools and prepare reports
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated on the latest trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in UAE)
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools
• Proficiency with analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
