We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who has worked with real estate brands/clients and understands the unique dynamics of this industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies for real estate clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (reels, stories, posts, ad creatives, blogs).
• Run paid ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation for property sales and rentals.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize results.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to improve content reach.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
• Manage client communication and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media campaigns for real estate clients (please include portfolio/case studies).
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and keyword optimization.
• Ability to create content strategies that drive inquiries and generate qualified leads.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations is a plus.
