Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for producing engaging short-form videos, generating fresh content ideas, and managing uploads across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). You’ll work closely with leadership to align content with GenZone’s brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Video Production
• Plan, script, and film engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Edit and optimize videos for each platform’s best practices.
• Brainstorm creative hooks, trends, and storytelling ideas aligned with GenZone’s services.
• Content Management & Uploads
• Manage publishing schedules across platforms.
• Ensure captions, hashtags, and metadata are optimized for reach and SEO.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Community Engagement
• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
• Engage with followers and help build a strong online community.
• Analytics & Growth
• Track content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and video content creation (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• Creativity and ability to generate unique, on-brand ideas.
• Understanding of growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written English for captions and storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple uploads consistently.
• Knowledge of Dubai, entrepreneurship, or relocation/real estate industries is a plus (but not required).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
