Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
• Track analytics and performance, preparing reports to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and ad optimization.
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, captions).
• Strong communication and writing skills in [English/Arabic or both].
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
