Position: Social Media Specialist

Timing: Night Shift (8 PM - 5AM) (onsite)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years (industrial experience)

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with our audience across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
• Monitor social conversations, identify trends, and capitalize on viral opportunities.
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, saves, DMs) and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost follower interaction and organic reach.
• Support paid campaigns by engaging with users through ad comments and queries.
• Research competitor activity to identify engagement gaps and creative strategies.
• Participate in content brainstorming sessions to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or engagement-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement-driving strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand tone across all channels.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
