Social Media Specialist

Job Overview

The Social Media & Sales Specialist will play a dual role—managing social media platforms to boost our online presence while dedicating focused time to outreach, cold calling, and closing deals. If you’re a creative individual with strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, we want you on our team!

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage daily social media engagement: respond to comments, messages, and build relationships with the online community.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns and strategies.

Sales Outreach and Lead Generation

• Dedicate part of the day to cold calling and reaching out to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media and other campaigns.
• Present and sell Alpha Collective Systems' services (social media management, video production, and advertising).
• Update and track outreach efforts in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management and/or sales (REQUIRED).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable with cold calls).
• Ability to create engaging content (graphics, captions, and videos).
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• A goal-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
