We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our brand’s digital presence, manage social campaigns, and tell compelling stories that reflect the vibrancy of our events.

Position Overview:

The Senior Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall social media strategy.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, create, and manage engaging content while ensuring alignment with brand objectives. collaborate with creative and event teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Ø Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.

Ø Lead the content creation process — from concept to publication — ensuring consistency with brand voice and aesthetics.

Ø Plan and execute event-based social media campaigns, including pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event highlights.

Ø Collaborate with the creative, production, and event teams to ensure seamless integration of social media into event marketing.

Ø Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across digital platforms for maximum ROI.

Ø Analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Ø Supervise and mentor junior team members and content creators.

Ø Stay updated with current trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social and digital media.

Ø Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Ø 4–6 years of experience in social media marketing or digital communication, preferably within the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

Ø Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Ø Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and emerging technologies.

Ø Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Ø Experience in paid campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Ø Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.

Ø Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ø Basic photography/videography skills are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
