Position Overview:
We are seeking and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, design, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like ABC Imaging website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage day-to-day engagement by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current on social trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to maximize visibility and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor online reputation and support community management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
- Strong understanding of platform analytics, trends, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social advertising and audience targeting.
- Photography or short-form video editing skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
