Responsibilities

• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Optimize social media posts for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, responding in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Utilize tools for graphic design needs.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent content creation skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Experience in photography is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
