Your Mission

As our Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of our digital presence. From capturing raw photos and videos to editing, posting, and analyzing performance, you will craft content that builds our brand, grows followers, drives engagement, and ultimately increases sales. You will be the creative and strategic force behind Crystal Time Awards’ online identity.

Your Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in-house
• Skilled in photography, videography, and content editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, algorithms, and analytics
• Excellent English communication skills with creative flair
• Proven ability to grow engagement, followers, and measurable results
• Multitasker and self-starter, capable of handling all aspects of social media independently
