Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Specialist for a full-time onsite role in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be Arab, currently available in Kuwait, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage daily social media activities including comments, messages, and community engagement
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience growth
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
