Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, visuals)
• Manage daily posting schedule across platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Grow followers and engagement organically and through campaigns
• Coordinate promotions, offers, and product launches online
• Work with designers, photographers, or influencers when needed
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
• Support paid advertising campaigns when required

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong content writing and creative skills
• photo/video editing knowledge
• Understanding of social media analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and digital marketing

Preferred Skills

• Experience in beauty/salon/lifestyle industry (if relevant)
• Paid ad management knowledge
• Influencer collaboration experience
• Basic graphic design skills
