The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, audience growth, engagement optimization, and lead generation strategies that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies
• Improve company ranking, visibility, and brand authority online
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid campaigns
• Create engaging content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
• Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and ROI
• Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong expertise in lead generation and conversion strategies
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising and analytics tools
• Excellent content strategy and branding skills
• Strong understanding of SEO, social algorithms, and engagement growth tactics
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
