Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Specialist
to take ownership of the planning, creation, and execution of social media content that elevates UAS’ digital presence. In this role, you will manage our social media channels, deliver engaging and platform-specific content, foster community engagement, and support broader marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to drive campaigns, product launches, and events, while staying up to date with industry trends and digital best practices to keep our content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of UAS’ day-to-day presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Plan, create, and schedule platform-specific content including graphics, captions, stories, reels, and short-form videos that align with the brand voice and visual identity.

Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation across all social media channels.

Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and interacting with relevant audiences to grow a loyal following.

Track and analyze performance metrics, generating regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and event promotions through social media.

Stay informed about digital and social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the brand’s online presence.

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling analytics platforms to efficiently manage and optimize content performance.
Required Qualifications:

At least 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation, preferably in a B2B or service-focused environment.

Proficient in social media platforms and basic content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

Strong writing and editing skills with a good understanding of tone, audience engagement, and brand voice.

Highly organized and proactive, with strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting practices.

Ability to travel occasionally to support social media coverage at events or on-site initiatives.
