Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the driving school’s social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, promoting driving courses, identifying marketing opportunities, and generating leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the driving school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional materials.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Identify market gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve marketing reach.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote driving courses, offers, and services.
- Generate leads through social media platforms and digital advertisements.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertisements.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.
- Create promotional content such as student success stories, testimonials, driving tips, and awareness posts.
- Coordinate with management to promote special offers, seasonal campaigns, and new services.
- Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, and campaign results.
- Prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve online presence and attract more students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Content creation and copywriting for social media campaigns.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
- Social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and performance analytics.
- Market research and competitor analysis skills.
- Strong communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Creativity and innovative thinking for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategies, and online audience targeting.
- Local market targeting and community-based digital marketing to attract new driving students.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
