Social Media Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing engagement across platforms, creating compelling content (including scripts), managing content calendars, and effectively handling international clients with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Create engaging, high-quality content including captions, posts, and scripts for videos/reels
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Handle international clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements
• Stay updated with platform updates, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in client handling, preferably international clients
• Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills for social media content
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization
• Basic design or video editing knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
