We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented
Social Media Specialist
to lead our brand’s presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you’re passionate about content, trends, and community engagement, this role is your stage to shine.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals

Create engaging posts, captions, visuals, reels, stories, and short videos

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all platforms

Maintain consistent brand tone and ensure alignment with OEM standards
-
Respond to comments and messages, build community relationships, and escalate sensitive issues

Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with Digital, Content, and Performance teams
-
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
-
Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

Coordinate with influencers, creators, and agencies
-
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Aftersales teams
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Content creation skills
: copywriting, basic design, video editing

Familiarity with
analytics tools

Strong communication and creativity

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally

Basic digital marketing knowledge

Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field

Certifications in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Strategy are a plus

2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
-
Experience in automotive, retail, or FMCG is an advantage
