Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
• Proven expertise in Media Buying & Paid Advertising Campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Campaigns)
• Strong background in sales and achieving measurable business results
• Ability to lead, manage, and build a full marketing team
• Experience in recruitment and hiring social media and marketing talents
• Creative mindset with a solid background in design, content creation, and branding
• Minimum 5 years of experience in both the Egyptian and Saudi markets
• Strong ability to bring new clients and expand business opportunities
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends in KSA & Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies
• Manage paid campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads
• Optimize performance to achieve the best ROI and increase conversions
• Drive business growth through sales-focused marketing approaches
• Lead the social media team, monitor KPIs, and ensure targets are met
• Recruit and manage creative and marketing staff as the team expands
• Develop creative campaigns, oversee design direction, and enhance brand identity
• Attract new clients and build strong relationships to grow the company’s portfolio
• Monitor trends, improve engagement, and boost brand presence across platforms
