Social Media Specialist- Arabic Nationals Preferred

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company in Dubai. This role is ideal for an Arab National with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns across various platforms.

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and original content (text, image, video) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
• Assist with influencer marketing or brand partnership initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights.

Requirements and skills

• Arabic National Preferred
• Fluency in English
• Female Arabic Speaker
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
