Role Description
Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a Social Media Specialist / Content Creator with strong photography and videography skills to develop engaging, video-first content across AHM’s multi-brand portfolio. The role will focus on producing high-quality visual content, executing content calendars, growing audience engagement, monitoring competitors, and ensuring consistent community management across platforms.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute monthly content calendars across platforms with a mix of 80% video and 20% static content

Create, shoot, edit, and publish original photography and videography for campaigns, events, and showroom activations

Ensure creative and design execution of all planned content while maintaining brand identity and OEM compliance

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to refine strategy and align content with campaign objectives

Implement audience engagement strategies and follower growth tactics to increase reach and community impact

Plan and execute user-generated content campaigns to drive authentic engagement
-
Monitor competitor social media activity and propose benchmarking insights and improvements
-
Manage community engagement and interactions across all platforms, ensuring seven-day coverage

Prepare reports and documentation, including monthly, quarterly, and campaign performance reports

Provide insights and recommendations to refine ongoing content and social media strategies

Ensure all brand guidelines and KPI’s are met
Skills & Qualifications:

Must have experience working with an Advertising & Marketing agency in the UAE, preferably with automotive brands

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or related field

3–5 years of professional experience in social media content creation in the UAE

Proven expertise in photography and videography, including shooting, lighting, and editing

Portfolio showcasing strong video-first content across META, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Experience managing and executing content calendars across multiple platforms

Ability to design, write, and adapt content for both organic and paid campaigns
-
Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and follower growth tactics
-
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
-
Experience with automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred

Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and post-production editing tools

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and knowledge of motion graphics basics

Familiarity with all social media platforms, including META, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content formats

Understanding of content scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprinklr

Ability to generate reports using social media management tools such as Emplifi

Ability to track KPIs, generate insights, and create structured performance reports

Knowledge of competitor benchmarking methods and content optimisation strategies
-
Must have a valid UAE driver's license
