Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist & Content Creator (Arabic Speaker Only) to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, copywriting, basic design, video creation, and managing social media platforms across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage company accounts: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality posts, captions, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Write engaging copy in Arabic and English aligned with brand tone.
- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for services, products, team, and events.
- Collect content ideas internally from departments.
- Repurpose content for different platforms.
Campaign Support
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, new launches, and seasonal activities.
- Assist in creating paid ad creatives for Meta and other platforms.
- Help develop content calendars aligned with business and sales goals.
Reporting & Performance
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, inquiries, conversions.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics.
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker Only (Fluent in both Arabic and English).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong writing/copywriting skills in both languages.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Basic photography + video editing experience.
- Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, delivery, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ads.
- Ability to create promotional + organic content.
- Trend awareness and creative concept development.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools.
