Social Media Specialist (Content & Media Buying)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to manage content creation, media buying, and multimedia production across multiple brand accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in photography, videography, and editing, as well as a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies. A valid Qatari driving license is required, as the role involves managing several locations and on-site content shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Plan and produce high-quality reel videos, photoshoots, and video content for various campaigns
• Perform media buying and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand goals
• Write captions and schedule posts with effective hashtags and engagement techniques
• Monitor and report on performance analytics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
• Handle content creation and coordination across multiple accounts
• Drive to various locations for content collection and client coordination

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and media buying
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple brand accounts
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Valid Qatari driving license and own car (preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
