Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspective
2. Design, execute and lead large community activation campaigns
3. Evaluate and selecte appropriate paid social media (paid ads) spaces that is in line with the planned social media strategy.
4. Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Bybit.
5. Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
6. Analyze the social media landscape to supply actionable insights (trend analysis, etc)

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in social media background covering social media strategy development, content creation and paid social media spaces with high impact yield.
2. Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with X, TikTok, FB, IG, and other niche platform.
3. Proven good judgment in high pressure situations; an ability to remain calm and logical
4. Excellent communication, writing and copywriting skill.
5. Experience in graphic assets creation will be an added advantage.
6. Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including trends, communities, and narratives relevant to the crypto and blockchain
