Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with proven experience promoting bands, artists, or music-related projects on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate understands how to build an authentic online presence, create engaging content, and leverage trends to boost visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to our band’s brand and music style.
• Create engaging posts, reels, TikToks, and stories that showcase our music, performances, and personality.
• Grow our follower base and engagement through organic strategies and trend-driven content.
• Collaborate with the band to align content with upcoming releases, shows, and announcements.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• MUST have proven experience promoting a band on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging short-form video content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for music, creativity, and community building.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
