Role Description

As a Social Media Strategist, you will develop and execute a content strategy that positions our brand as cool, current, and relatable. You’ll work closely with our content creators, designers, and retail teams to ensure our content drives engagement online while also building excitement and foot traffic in stores.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

  • Develop and manage a social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Research trends and creatively adapt them to align with the brand identity.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that balances products, styling, behind-the-scenes, and trending content.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain brand consistency.

Community & Engagement

  • Define and maintain the brand voice in a fun, authentic, and youth-friendly way.
  • Engage actively with followers to build strong relationships and community.
  • Monitor competitor brands and fashion influencers for insights and opportunities.

In-Store Content & Traffic

  • Coordinate with store teams to capture and share content (try-ons, styling sessions, staff picks, customer spotlights).
  • Plan and promote in-store events, product launches, and activations.
  • Develop campaigns that encourage customers to visit stores (exclusive drops, styling tips available in-store, “come try this look” posts).
  • Showcase the unique culture of each store location and its community.

Analytics & Growth

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize strategies.
  • Suggest and test growth tactics (collaborations, challenges, user-generated content campaigns).
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media strategy, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing and how social media can drive offline sales.
  • Creative, trend-aware, and passionate about fashion and youth culture.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.

Proficiency in analytics and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
