Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Performance Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on turning social media efforts into measurable revenue, tracking ROI, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and overall ROI.
  • A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and formats to improve performance and reduce cost per conversion.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce data-backed ad creatives and hooks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.
  • Develop strategies to monetize organic social content and integrate it with paid campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience running high-ROI campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
  • Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with performance tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Ability to create actionable insights and strategies based on campaign data.
  • Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns, influencer campaigns, and creative testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
