Job Overview
We’re seeking a creative, data-savvy, and camera-confident Social Media Strategist to lead the charge in crafting and executing impactful social media campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands the algorithms but also knows how to make content that clicks literally. You’ll be responsible for building content strategies, analyzing performance, staying ahead of trends, and representing our brand through engaging video content across platforms like LinkedIn, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement results-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars across all platforms
• Track and analyze social performance metrics; optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Create and appear in engaging content such as reels, stories, and live sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills with a flair for writing and storytelling
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
• Comfortable and confident on camera — you're not shy about going live or filming reels
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and pivot strategy as needed
