Social Media Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategies across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and driving engagement through innovative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct audience research and analyze engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and oversee high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (posts, videos, graphics, stories).
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
• Track competitor activity and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Experience with paid ads, influencer collaborations, and content planning tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with video content and short-form media (Reels, TikToks).
• Graphic design or content creation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
