​The Role

​We're looking for a highly motivated and data-savvy Social Media Strategist & Analyst to be a foundational member of our team. In this role, you will be the brain behind our clients' social media presence. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and achieve business goals. This is a unique opportunity to help build our processes from the ground up and make a direct impact on our success.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Develop Social Media Strategies: Create detailed, goal-oriented social media strategies for various clients, including content calendars, campaign plans, and audience engagement tactics.
• ​Conduct In-depth Research: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our strategies are always fresh and effective.
• ​Analyze Performance Data: Use analytics tools to track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• ​Create Reports: Compile and present clear, insightful reports to management and clients, explaining campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations.
• ​Collaborate with the Creative Team: Work closely with our Content Creator to ensure all content aligns with the established strategy and brand voice.

​What We're Looking For

• ​Proven experience in a social media strategy or analyst role.
• ​Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• ​Expertise in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or native platform analytics).
• ​Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a compelling story.
• ​Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• ​A passion for social media and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
• ​Bonus: Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
