Social Media & Talent Manager

We’re building 4 powerful brands — WedZway, MentorDots, GeneiusLife & Bloopin — and we need a creative mind to take our content & collaborations to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Manage social media strategy & content calendars for 4 startups
• Lead a graphic designer & video editor to bring ideas to life
• Ideate & execute high-engagement campaigns (Reels, Carousels, Stories, LinkedIn)
• Build creator collabs:
• Podcasters for TheClassyMan (startup founder stories & MVP tips)
• Health creators/doctors for GeneiusLife (genetic wellness & longevity)
• Track growth, optimize performance & ensure brand consistency

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in social media management / influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & podcasts
• Creative thinker + great communicator
• Leadership mindset to manage a small team
• Startup-enthusiast who loves ideating & executing campaigns
