Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Social Media Trainee who’s passionate about content creation, branding, and digital trends.
This role provides hands-on experience in social media marketing, brand communication, and creative content planning.

Successful candidates will receive a completion certificate and may be considered for a full-time Digital Marketing role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Help design and write captions, hashtags, and creative copies aligned with brand tone.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments or messages promptly.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Research trends, competitors, and viral content ideas to support campaigns.
• Support influencer marketing activities and promotional events when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Passion for social media, creativity, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva / Photoshop is an advantage.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
