Social Media Videographer

Annapolis Home Magazine is seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media Videographer to elevate our luxury brand’s digital presence through compelling video content.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos tailored for various social media platforms, capturing engaging footage, and transforming raw footage into captivating visual stories.

Duties

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals
• Operate professional filming equipment to capture high-quality footage in various settings
• Utilize editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to craft polished videos with motion graphics and visual effects
• Manage post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
• Maintain an organized library of video assets and ensure all content adheres to brand standards and platform specifications
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, video techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance content quality

Skills

• Proficiency in video production from filming to editing using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong videography skills with experience in filming, lighting, framing, and capturing compelling visuals
• Expertise in post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Knowledge of photography principles and experience with Adobe Lightroom for photo editing
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Familiarity with social media platform specifications and best practices for video content distribution
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

REQUIRED

BA or BFA in art, photography or related artistic field. This position is not suitable for an amateur.

Portfolio of at least 5 vidoes that align with our luxury brand.

Must live in or near Annapolis for onsite videos.
