Description:
We’re looking for a Social Media & Virtual Assistant to help us stay consistent and organized across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
* Write engaging captions using provided copy prompts, tone guides, or repurpose existing content
* Monitor notifications, respond to comments/messages, and engage with relevant accounts
* Track performance (likes, comments, shares, saves) and update monthly reports
* Organize digital files (content folders, templates, campaign docs)
* Perform light admin tasks (e.g., updating Airtable, organizing Google Drive, uploading content to websites or portals)
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a social media VA or content assistant
* Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or GoHighLevel preferred)
* Attention to detail and ability to follow systems
* Comfortable with G Suite, Canva (basic), and simple performance tracking
* Proactive, organized, and dependable
Bonus Skills:
* Experience working with coaches, SaaS, or personal brands
* Familiarity with tools like Trello, Airtable, or Slack
* Light customer service or inbox management experience
